A clean audit starts with the right review
We look at your website, consent flows, and sample messages to match exactly what carriers check.

Registration is not the boring part
Most people treat registration as a formality. That is exactly why their campaigns get rejected. We treat it as the foundation and build yours to pass.

Brand verification review
We check your business identity against carrier databases before you submit, not after.

Campaign classification
We classify your messaging use case so the carriers see what you intend, not what they guess.

Website and consent audit
We audit your opt-in flow and privacy page against what carriers actually look for.

Sample message preparation
We write sample messages that match carrier templates so your submission is not flagged.
30+ campaigns guided through approval
Our 10DLC campaign got rejected twice before we called ClearRoute. Dominick caught three things in our consent flow and sample messages we'd missed. Resubmission went through in under a week.

Jordan Torres
Marketing Operations Manager, Reseller Platform
We needed white-label registration support for a dozen clients. ClearRoute handled the brand verifications and campaign classifications so we didn't have to retrain our team. Fast, quiet, done.

Priya Sharma
VP of Product, SaaS Communications Platform
Dominick walked through our entire messaging program — website, opt-in forms, use-case descriptions — and flagged exactly what the carriers would push back on. We fixed it all before submitting. Zero rejections.

Compliance questions answered
Clear answers to the most common registration questions we get.
What is 10DLC and do I need it?
10DLC stands for 10-digit long code. If your business sends A2P messaging from a standard phone number, carriers now require 10DLC registration. We help you determine eligibility and handle the full submission.
How long does the registration process take?
Timelines vary by channel and carrier. 10DLC registration can take a few days to a few weeks. Toll-free and short code registration often take longer. We work to streamline every step and flag issues early to avoid delays.
What happens if my campaign gets rejected?
Rejection is common, but it is not the end. We review the rejection reason, fix the specific issue, and resubmit. Most rejections come from misaligned campaign descriptions, missing consent proof, or incomplete brand verification.
Do I need a dedicated short code or can I use toll-free?
It depends on your messaging volume and use case. Short codes work well for high-volume marketing and alerts. Toll-free numbers are better for customer service and lower-volume A2P. We help you choose the right channel from the start.
What do you need from me to start the audit?
We need your business registration documents, your website URL, sample messages, and any existing opt-in consent flows. From there, we review everything against carrier requirements and give you a clear action list.
